Petbarn has launched PetAds, a new retail media platform designed to connect brand partners with its 2.9 million customers.

The initiative, launched in partnership with reo, powered by oOh!media, aims to enhance brand engagement across Petbarn’s retail ecosystem.

PetAds utilises insights from Petbarn’s Friends for Life loyalty program to enable targeted advertising campaigns for pet owners. The platform offers closed-loop reporting, allowing brands to measure sales outcomes and return on advertising spend.

Reo will oversee the service, managing onsite, off-site, and in-store media solutions. It will also install and maintain Petbarn’s in-store digital screens nationwide.

The platform will allow advertisers to engage customers throughout their shopping journey, including in-store interactions. Brands can also extend their campaigns across oOh!media’s Out of Home network near Petbarn locations.
