Petstock will open a new flagship store in Double Bay on 19 September, introducing its Health & Wellbeing offering to Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The concept is designed to provide pet owners with free tailored advice from staff, alongside a curated selection of health and wellbeing products.
David Young, Managing Director of Petstock Group, said the new location reflects the company’s focus on innovation and community.
“We’re always looking for ways to evolve the experience for pet parents, and the Double Bay store sets a new benchmark. Health & Wellbeing is a simple concept that speaks directly to our customers’ needs. It’s about providing advice from a trusted expert – something we know will make a real difference to pet parents and their pets.”

Donny Naidoo, NSW State Manager for Petstock, said the opening was a milestone for the business in the region.
“Double Bay has such a vibrant, pet-loving community, and we’re excited to create a space that truly meets their needs. From nutrition to wellbeing, the store has been designed with the modern pet parent in mind. We look forward to welcoming everyone across the grand opening weekend.”
The launch will include a VIP preview on 18 September, a soft opening for customers on 19 September, and a grand opening weekend on 20–21 September with offers, entertainment, and community activities.
