Natural Animal Solutions (NAS) and The Paw Grocer have merged in a move backed by Made Group founders Luke Marget and Matt Dennis.
The Melbourne-based, female-founded companies will unite under one banner, combining NAS’s 20 years of experience in natural pet health with The Paw Grocer’s rapid rise in single-ingredient freeze-dried treats. The merger aims to accelerate innovation and growth while maintaining a focus on transparency, simplicity and Australian-made products.
Adam Rumpf has been appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead the combined business. He brings extensive experience in the pet industry and will guide the group through its next phase of expansion.
“Together, we are creating something truly special, an ecosystem of products that support every pet’s wellbeing, through Australian made, transparent, and effective solutions.
“This merger isn’t just about growth it’s about raising the bar for what pet owners can expect,” said Rumpf
Jenny Richards, Founder of The Paw Grocer, will continue to lead creative direction and product innovation, with a focus on functional, honest nutrition.
Backing the merger are Made Group founders Luke Marget and Matt Dennis, known for health and wellness brands such as Cocobella, Rokeby, Impressed, and NutrientWater. Their investment signals confidence in the growing demand for clean-label pet products.
The new entity will leverage the strengths of both brands to offer a broader range of natural solutions across pet wellness and nutrition.
