Coles Group’s new online pet store, Swaggle, has officially launched, with an event that saw dogs let loose on Rose Bay Beach to dig up a range of prizes.
The ‘Swaggle Hunt’ was a PR stunt that had dogs seeking out a prehistoric looking bone that had been hidden on the Sydney beach, with the winning dog receiving a prize valued at $2,000 to be spent on the Swaggle website.
Emma Wynne, Head of Marketing at Swaggle, said it didn’t take long for word to spread about the event, with attendees including ex-Bachelor star Jimmy Nicholson and his wife Holly Kingston and their Border Collie, Billie.
“Swaggle is all about delivering pet happiness and making your pet parenting journey easier via our petsonalisation engine, along with Australia’s leading brands, free vet advice and features like 30 per cent off your first Auto-Delivery*. What better way to celebrate pet happiness than with a fun-filled Swaggle Hunt, digging up a giant bone with tonnes of happy pets and pet parents,” she said.
The Swaggle website features 100 categories of products from more than 190 brands including Royal Canin, Advance, Ivory Coat, Black Hawk, Nexguard Spectra, and more. It caters to dogs, cats, birds, and small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, and fish.
Swaggle has developed an online shopping experience with their ‘petsonalisation’ offering which allows pet parents to create a profile for their pet and then be shown the most relevant products for their pets, no matter what age, breed, or life stage.
