WorkJam, a digital frontline workplace, has announced Petstock Group has joined its APAC portfolio – the first pet retailer to do so.
By partnering with WorkJam, Petstock Group will see improvements to the group’s communication, learning and assessment knowledge centre, task management tools and IO composer, which will enable real-time communication, task assignment and analytics.
David Young, Managing Director of Petstock Group, said the partnership hopes to solve some inefficiencies caused by the current multiple systems they have in place and aid in business growth.
“We currently have over 5,000 team members and we’re continually expanding. We’re grateful to have found a partner in WorkJam that will help better support our frontline team and optimise our business growth.”
Petstock Group is the owner and operator of retail brand PETstock, as well as affiliated brands Total Animal Supplies, Diggiddy Doggy Daycare, and Caribu, with a network expanding to roughly 300 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
Andrew Myers, APAC Managing Director of WorkJam, said they are thrilled to expand their portfolio within the region to include a leader in the pet industry.
“Petstock has a real desire to elevate its customer experience by supporting its employee experience, making the frontline associates happier and more engaged. This will ultimately drive better business results for their brands, and we’re excited to be part of that project.”
Petstock Group anticipates onboarding WorkJam between mid-April to late May.
